In addition to membership fees and grants another funding source comes from donations, cash or in-kind, which can be given in someone’s name (Memorials) and directed to specific needs like the endowment fund, educational programs, restoration projects or simply open-ended.
Artifact Donations: Most of the antiques (furnishings for Cottage) and artifacts our museums have been donated. If you have some items (especially from 1910-1930 era) including documents photographs, publications please contact us (253-927-2536) and we will evaluate whether we can use it in our collection. Endowment Fund was established to attract funds for investment in the future. All Life Membership fees, special directed or unspecified donations, and transfers from estate and wills go into this fund.
